My friend was right, this place has great food! During a recent conversation, my Mexican friend told me about this place. She told me how authentic the dishes are here and that they sell the best crispy tacos. I believer her, she's very particular about Mexican dishes and she can be very critical. So if she's giving this place a "thumbs up," I believe her!
We were greeted upon entering, you order at the counter, and wait. They brought out some chips and salsa. The salsa had a kick to it, but was tasty. The crispy tacos came along with my chicken enchilada combo. It was both fantastic. The chicken enchilada was one of the best I've had in this area! Our only complaint was that the only taco sauce they had was Tapatio. Besides that, everything was great.
If you're in the area, check this place out! It's really good! -

A friend suggested we stop in and try the Menudo here on the weekend (it is only served Friday/Saturday/Sunday) and we're so glad we did. First of all, we always love when you get salsa and chips on the table right when you sit and this is definitely one of those places. The chips were thin and crispy and the salsa was seriously delicious and perfectly hot and spicy, we loved it. The menudo came out in a huge bowl that I couldn't finish with a side of tortillas, chopped onions, 3 line wedges and some cilantro. The combination was absolutely tasty. Not to mention that the service was also quick! We will definitely be stopping back in for more menudo!!

This is our go to place for Mexican food. Our son loves it and we always have to visit when he is home. I love the shredded beef crispy tacos. My guys get the chicken and beef enchiladas. We have also had the burritos and my son's girlfriend had a seafood dish - all good. It's not a fancy place but the people are friendly and the food is great. I just wish the had "real" margaritas!! Also great for take out!

It is great to have an authentic Mexican restaurant that is conveniently located near a lot of other places I have patronized over the years.
To start, I do love the authenticity of this place, decor and all. It feels a bit like some of the adobe type restaurants I've been to during my travels to Mexico.
The food is good and the service during the times I have come in have been great as well. Id say I've been here over 5x...so I'd say from my experience, they are consistent.
The prices are ok. I think it's a little pricey for the quality, which is about average. Food trucks are freaking amazing and you get food for next to nothing. But I understand running a restaurant is different than doing business in a food truck. Still, a little high imho. -

I work close enough to walk here for lunch. Basic taqueria, however no salsa bar. Place is clean and food is good. Employees are nice.
